Claymation

We started working with clay to make figures and eventually make a still picture movie with those figures. This was still Edward Muybridges idea. He created the first motion pictures. Our group all made different figures then used all of them to make a movie. We would set up the figures, take a photo, move the figures a bit, then take another photo and do that over and over. Its hard to believe that shows and movies like "Bob the Builder" are just pictures after pictures after pictures. Can you imagine how long it would take just to make a single movie? Maybe like 5 years!
